About me

I’m Wei Kit, a Malaysian DJ and videographer with a passion for blending sound and visuals into experiences that connect people.

I graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor’s in Cinematic Arts (First Class Honours), where I honed both my creative and technical skills. While studying, I interned at All Is Amazing, We Are KIX, and 2117 Rentals, gaining valuable industry experience across production, media, and creative teams.

Since then, I’ve worked across videography, video editing, and live event coverage — collaborating with brands, artists, and event organizers to bring their stories to life.

​

Beyond film and video, I co-founded Dining Room KL, a platform that celebrates music culture through community events, DJ performances, and visual recordings. As a DJ, I perform under the name WCKD, supporting international acts and pushing forward the underground sounds of Kuala Lumpur.

At the end of the day, I’m just here to share good vibes and connect with people through creativity.
